I work from 'Studio 369', in Congo NSW, on beautiful Yuin Country and Eurobodalla Nature Coast, where I have gratefully lived and worked since 1981 in art making, Adult Education and the Community Sector.

My joy in art, creativity, deep love of nature, strong sense of connection to place and its peoples, is part of my soul and is strongly influenced by my family heritage of Orkney, Norway, and Scotland. 

Growing up in a family of makers - seamstresses, shipwrights, carpenters, photographers, and painters- I learnt to make, create, collect, and recycle from a young age.

I have completed many varied courses on my artistic journey, learning skills from talented local, national, and international artists.  

I love creating in textiles, clay, photography, printmaking, painting, basketmaking, jewellery, mixed media, and music. I enjoy using recycled or found objects in my work to create unique homewares, sculptures, clothing, and accessories.

My work has been in many group and selected exhibitions in South Coast NSW,

The BAS Moruya, and in Canberra ACT, with my work finding homes locally, nationally, and internationally.
